Reinterpretation: Frida Kahlo's painting "The Two Fridas"

Nyfortolkning af Frida Kahlo's maleri,"De to Fridaer". Gruppen gik efter  temaet "livmoderhalskræft", hvor vi nyfortolkede Fridas hensigt med billedet, så det blev den moderne kvindes problem, istedet for Kahlos personlige familiekonflikt. Vi tænkte, nu hvor mange unge kvinder bliver vaccineret mod livmoderhalskræft, at dette ville være et godt fokus. Derfor den gravide, sunde kvinde til højre, og den kræftsyge kvinde til venstre. Illustration - different moods

We got the task: "Illustrate a scene from the childrens book "Moomin", and try to catch the mood in the book." The scanner failed the colors, but I'm satesfied anyway. (It's a collage, btw)

"Tell Tale Heart"- illustration

(Jeg gik efter det sindssyge sind, som fortælleren viser i historien, og illustrerede det med manden der holder sig til hovedet og skriger. Hjertet i venstre hjørne vender han væk fra, da det er det i sidste ende der driver ham til vanvid. De negative farver bekræfter stemningen, og det samme gør det lidt utydelige blod der flyder fra oven. Jeg synes det passer udemærket til stemningen.)

The vignet is supposed to be a vulture-eye, and I drew it myself (in photoshop), even though it doesn't fit the mood in the illutration of the "Tell Tale Heart".

Hen's bad conditions

We should choose between 2 emotions, romance or horror, and illustrate the feeling with objects (not looking like anything real) We had 2 hours to make 25 thumbnails, and the final picture. Here is the best of my thumbnails.

I hope it is clear that I chose romance!
